OpenPixal provides web development, AI solutions, and related consulting services. Engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. These Site terms do not create a contractual relationship for services unless you and we have signed such an agreement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit malicious software. Unauthorized automated scraping that disrupts the Site is prohibited.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, belongs to OpenPixal or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce it without permission.
